The Hamas Ministry of Health announced that more than 30 people were killed and about 100 others were injured in an Israeli bombing on Saturday evening on the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

The ministry added that the majority of the victims “were children and women,” noting that homes were directly targeted.
A journalist for the Turkish Anadolu Agency told AFP that his house partially collapsed when an air strike hit his neighbors’ house in the Maghazi camp, killing several people, including two of his children.
“An Israeli air strike targeted my neighbors’ house in Al-Maghazi camp, and the neighboring house partially collapsed, and my sons Ahmed, 13 years old, Qais, 4 years old, and my brother were martyred, while my wife, my mother, and two of my children were injured,” Muhammad Al-Alul (37 years old) told Agence France-Presse.
When asked, an Israeli army spokesman said that he was checking whether Israeli forces were operating in the Al-Baghazi camp area.
On Friday, the Israeli army admitted to hitting an ambulance in front of Al-Shifa Hospital, claiming that it was “used” by Hamas. This bombing killed 15 people and injured 60 others, according to the Hamas Ministry of Health.
On Saturday, an Israeli bombing, according to Hamas, hit a UN school where displaced Palestinians were sheltering in the Jabalia refugee camp, killing 15 people. On Friday evening, Hamas also announced that it had targeted a school that had been turned into a temporary shelter for displaced people in the northern Gaza Strip, killing 20 people and wounding dozens.
