Sea Girls Announce Autumn 2024 UK & Ireland Tour

Sea Girls have announced UK and Ireland dates later this year.

The band will be playing a series of gigs in the autumn in support of their upcoming album 'Midnight Butterflies' which will include a headline show at Brixton Academy.

The London indie rockers will be making stops in Sheffield, Newcastle, Manchester, Glasgow, Nottingham, London, Cardiff, Portsmouth, Norwich, Birmingham, Liverpool, Dublin and Belfast.

“Midnight Butterflies” will be released on June 14 via their new independent label Alt. The record is described in a press release as focusing on “melodic bliss” and “pop perfection”. It follows 2020's “Open Up Your Head” and 2022's “Homesick.”

“It feels and sounds like a new band making their first album as active as it is. It's really exciting and fun,” frontman Henry Chamomile said of the album.

“There was a tremendous amount of freedom in making this record. It's an exciting time for music in all genres, and who wouldn't want to be a part of it? »

The upcoming album comes after a big year for Sea Girls in 2023. This included a headline show at Alexandra Palace and a support slot for Louis Tomlinson at his concert at London's O2.

They also shared details of a series of concerts in the UK and Australia as part of the 'Young Strangers' tour in the second half of last year. This includes stops in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane later this month, and eight shows across England and Ireland in the spring. For remaining tickets for UK shows go here.
