Paul is accompanied on this occasion by historian Francis Primo.

In ten 60-minute episodes, the two men visit important places in American history. They stop in 11 states and 15 cities, traveling through time to tell the story of 10 historical themes.

In the clip released Wednesday, we see the two men in Memphis, Tennessee, where they visit Graceland, the estate of the late Elvis Presley, the legendary Sun Studio where the first rock ‘n’ roll single was recorded, and the Lorraine Motel where Martin Luther King was assassinated in 1968. Then they arrive To Los Angeles, California, where they became interested in the crime scenes of the OJ Simpson and Charles Manson cases. Once they reach San Francisco, further north, they return to the hippie movement that was born there.

Their journey also took them to New Orleans, Louisiana, and then upstate New York to the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.

The pictures are very beautiful based on what we have seen so far and Paul Hood shares his emotions and great erudition throughout the series.
