Lose 50 pounds eating McDonald’s for 100 days

Only McDonald’s for 100 days! For breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s the former wrestler’s self-imposed diet and it seems to be working.

Kevin Maginnis wants to lose 50 pounds (22.7 kg) by eating only McDonald’s for the next 89 days. He has been on this special diet since February 21st.

The American from Tennessee is documenting his adventure on TikTok for the 26,000 subscribers who follow him. He went from 238 lbs (108 kg) to 225 lbs (102 kg) in 11 days.

The 56-year-old reviews what he eats on Day 10 of McDonald’s “Challenge” evening, which is a crispy McCord with bacon and ranch dressing, hash browns and a small cream pie.


“I appreciate all of your comments, the positives, the negatives, those who support me, even those who tell me I will die if I do this to myself. I will prove people wrong. I am excited about this adventure, in 100 days,” Mr. Maginnis explains with a smile on TikTok.

The 50-year-old is convinced that burgers, fries and McMuffins will allow him to lose weight.

“I think that by reducing the food I put in my body it will respond well and burn the extra fat. My cholesterol, my triglycerides, everything will improve. If you don’t believe me, follow me,” says Mr. Maginnis.
