The watch manufacturer is now launching the third part of its exploratory workshops on a new stellar theme.
Jaeger-LeCoultre: From the infinitely small to the infinitely smaller.
After “The Sound Maker” dedicated to chime multipliers and “Reverso” dedicated to the watch of the same name, Jaeger-LeCoultre is adding a new theme to its event strategy and opening a workshop dedicated to its theme for 2022, stellar odyssey.
Located in the historic headquarters of the Swiss House in Vallée de Joux, this initiative is part of L’Atelier Antoine – named in honor of the brand’s founder – which brings together a series of educational programs relating to and knowledge of luxury watches.
This workshop is for seasoned hobbyists or beginners “astronomical journey” Three hours blending a theoretical and practical approach by connecting the views of a specialist professor and a manufacturing expert. In the programme: contemplate the connections that have always linked celestial exploration and astral movements to the arts of watchmaking, as well as deciphering the many rare objects and the complexity of the mechanics of each.
At the end of this workshop, participants – limited to eight per group – will also be able to take part in a two-hour guided tour inside the factory, which has recently opened A unique selection of non-alcoholic cocktails Inspired by its brand heritage.
