In beta version 2.24.7.14 of the app, specialists discovered that WhatsApp was considering giving you the ability to send a prompt to Meta AI directly from the search bar. In the previous beta, the app offered to activate a shortcut to the chatbot from the options, but that wasn't really the most practical.
The choice that seems to be preferred seems to involve less friction: no need to open a personalized chat with the bot, all you have to do is type your question into the search bar and that's it. It should also make this feature more accessible to many users who may not have heard about it.
On the other hand, it is possible to discover a drawback: when you type in your search bar, you do not necessarily want to start a conversation with a virtual assistant. Prefer to search for family conversation or contact name.

For now, the feature is reserved for beta testers. To register, you have to go to the Play Store and scroll down to find the trial registration section. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, it is full and no longer accepting new testers.
