innovative products

The Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and its partners want to promote the innovations developed by the agro-food companies in the region under the name SO Innovation. Companies of all sizes are invited to submit up to five innovative products. In particular, it must meet standards for food quality, flavors and environmental responsibility. The selected products will be showcased at JAS within the Regional Products Innovation Space.

Established in 1995, JAS is now a recognized event in the food sector. During the last face-to-face edition in 2018, JAS brought together 1,100 participants and 500 companies. This year, professionals will be able to interact with European business networks through video meetings in order to present their solutions to a wider audience.
