World number 24 Alex de Minaur is keen to represent Australia in the inaugural United Cup as he believes his country can win it all. From December 29 to January 8, the inaugural United Cup will be held across Australia – across Brisbane, Perth and Sydney.
Australia are in Group D with Spain and Great Britain. Sydney will be the host city for Group D. “For me, there is no greater honor than representing your country.

De Minor thinks Australia can win the United Cup
In Sydney, De Minaur is joined by Nick Kyrgios, Jason Kubler, John Peers, Ajla Domljanovic, Madison Inglis, Zoe Hives and Sam Stozer. “It will be good for us to test ourselves and play some good matches ahead of the Australian Open.

“We may not have the top 20 players, but we are still here to play in the Billie Jean King Cup and Davis Cup finals,” De Minaur said. Australia have a quality team, captained by Leighton Hewitt and Stozer.
Kyrgios, de Minaur and Domljanovic form a solid trio and it remains to be seen if they can lead Australia to their first ever United Cup title.
