“Be proud of yourself, protect your rights and take advantage of the opportunities that come your way,” said the wife of former President Donald Trump, the Republican Party’s current favorite.
The former model, 53 and born in Slovenia, described her personal journey as an immigrant that “opened her eyes to the harsh realities” experienced by people seeking naturalization.
Speaking in the most sacred setting of the National Archives, Melania Trump said that when she went natural in 2006, she “felt an enormous sense of pride and belonging. ยป
This rare public appearance was enough to pique the interest of Americans for several reasons.
First, it took place at the headquarters of the National Archives in Washington. However, Donald Trump has been accused of not handing over certain classified documents from his presidency to the agency, which is responsible for protecting them, as required by law.
