(MIAMI) Former President Donald Trump, the US presidential candidate, promised during a telecast on Tuesday that his latest threats against NATO were above all a “way to negotiate” with the alliance.
The Republican billionaire sowed panic in Europe in February when he threatened that NATO countries could not guarantee security against Russia unless they did their part.
