The Alphonse-Desjardins hall in Cégep Beauce-Appalaches will host the 45th edition of the Cégeps en Spectacle local final on January 31 at 7:30 p.m.

Ten diverse numbers will be performed, ranging from contemporary dance to slam.

Along with the competition, the Innu Maten range will deliver outstanding performance. According to Danielle Laflamme, assistant director of studies and student life at CEGIP Pos-Appalachia, this issue aims to raise awareness among the younger generation about the reality of First Nations.

The number that wins the jury prize will advance to the regional final on March 23 in Thetford and the national final on April 27 in Rimouski.
