Less than 24 hours after the film’s world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival, director Sophie Dupuy revealed her third feature film, singleto an audience in Montreal on Monday evening at Cinéma Impérial.

The director walked the red carpet in the company of many of her film stars, including her favorite actor, Théodore Pellerin.
Sophie Dupuy’s third feature film (after International Energy AgencyR Underground), single It tells the story of Simone (Pellerin), a rising star in Montreal’s drag scene, who falls in love with Olivier (Felix Maritaud), a new recruit at the bar where he works.
The film will also be shown at the opening of the Quebec City Film Festival on Thursday. single It will then be released in theaters across the province on Friday.
