The comedian revealed he’s putting an end to his first tour one man showWorthy Kiss. The father has stated, among other things, that he wants to stay with his son Xavier, 12, who is currently recovering from cancer.

In fact, he does not want to stray too far from the latter, while a tour of performances will lead him to travel around the province for long periods.

A very nice gesture from a father of two!

This is the message he shared on his social networks.

“With my heart full of snow, I announce that the planned tour of my show ‘Bisou’ has been officially cancelled. The past two years have been very stressful for me and my family.

When we launched “Biso” the conditions were not the same. In the meantime, many insurmountable things entered my life (cancer, epidemic, separation, recurrence, operations, treatment, etc.).

Which means today I have to be transparent with you, ticket holders. I want to be there for my family. We want to spend quality time together and relax. It’s my responsibility as a parent to prioritize my younger mates, my mindset, my mindset, and their good family time, rather than going for a ride. We all deserve a little sweetness.

I’m only 38 and there will be plenty of other great opportunities to go to the Four Corners of Quebec to make you laugh. But for now: family first!

Thanks to the thousands of people holding tickets, if they haven’t already contacted you, you can reach out to your venues to arrange a refund or exchange.

I would like to thank the broadcasters who have been so understanding since Xavier’s diagnosis. To places that were able to reconcile dates to suit me. Thank you from my heart.

Thanks Entourage. Which team! No words to thank you for your understanding and support. They’ve been there since day one and they’ve been there the day I got a call from Ste-Justine, in the middle of an interview where the show was coming out, and they never looked back. Thank you.

Thanks to my managers. Honestly, I don’t know how you managed to accompany me in all this. You are my Yoda. (In the greater udder not green).

Thank you, thousands of you came to watch the competitions and thousands bought tickets. I love you all. Going to see you at night after hospital appointments was inhumane, but your laughter warmed my heart.

I will continue to radio at CKOI every lunchtime, and will have other projects eventually, but for now, my priority is my family.

I wish you health. Take care of yourself in these trying times. Go to shows, go to restaurants, and have a good time with the people you love.

Note: Xavier is getting better and we are taking it day by day.
Jules is in top form and is the best little brother in the world.

Remember, just earlier this summer, Jonathan announced that his son, Xavier, had recurred with cancer. On July 22, the 12-year-old underwent surgery. Since there is no effective chemotherapy against this cancer, intervention was imperative and urgent. He had two lesions that were one centimeter long.

“For those who don’t know, Xa came back with a recurrence of her brain cancer. The tumors in his spine came back. They operated on her, and they removed it 100%. We went through the treatment for six weeks, and last Wednesday we were told there was no trace. So here we are. We cut our fingers off. We’ve had for five years, and we’re re-initiating the healing process…” The father, emotionally, revealed to the the tower.

Jonathan Roberg often publicly emphasized the courage and resilience of his little boy, whose adorable face the audience discovered in the web series. Father. Jonathan Roberg is also the father of little Jules, four years old, from his relationship with his ex-wife, Lea Londero.
