Megan Lalonde, who presents herself on social networks as the “real fake Quebec lawyer,” was fined $7,500.
MI Lalonde was the subject of an investigation by the Quebec Bar Association after complaints from litigants saying they had been cheated by the latter. She claimed to have graduated in law from Laval University in 2020, and regularly posted photos and videos of herself in various courts in Quebec.

But at the beginning of April, the Bar Association announced that it was conducting an investigation into the illegal practice of the legal profession.
The professional system – which aims to ensure the protection of the public – said on Monday evening that it had issued a statement insulting MI Lund. “The complaint was submitted to MMH Lalonde and bring him to court,” the Bar Association confirmed what's beforesse.
