Desjardins: The $90 compensation distribution has begun

Desjardins members and customers who file a claim in the data theft class action will soon be awarded $90 in compensation.

“Payments to approved members of Subgroup 1 (Loss of Time) and a maximum of $90 started on July 11th.” [mardi] It will end by July 13, 2023 [jeudi]. More than 200 million dollars

To receive compensation, each customer will be required to provide an answer to one of the three security questions they were asked at the time they submitted their claim (unless they are enrolled for automatic deposit of wire transfers through their financial institution).
