Belgian Cats U23 win against USA – Other Games

Maxuella Lisowa finished as the crowd’s top scorer with 16 points on the clock (5 rebounds and 5 assists). Becky Massey added 12 points, Billy Massey had 8 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists.

The young Belgians dominated France (59-32) earlier in the day and lost to Canada (65-53) on Tuesday. The Americans lost all three games.

This is the first time the Belgian Cats will line up with the Espooers, many of whom are already in the fold of the national women’s team. Belgium will play one more ‘semi-final’ match on Saturday. The final is scheduled for Sunday.
