The Ukrainian government claims it has “no relation” to these fighters.
Dmitry Medvedev asserts that Kiev’s allegations are “false” and that the fighters involved in the armed incursions “will be exterminated like rats.”
And through the Russians, who were interviewed by Agence France-Presse in Moscow on Tuesday, expressed their fears of new attacks.

“The people of Belgorod should think, not just lying on their sofas, but scratching their heads and wondering if all is well within the Russian state,” criticizes Sergey Rusakov, a 70-year-old retired industrial engineer.
