A dark clown terrorizes the village and taunts the police

A Scottish village is facing a battle with a disturbing clown who is terrorizing residents and taunting local police, various British media outlets report.

The municipality of Skelmorley, about fifty towns away from Edinburgh, has recently seen the appearance of an evil character disguised in the style of Stephen King’s clown Pennywise.

The clown also claims in his video that he knows the police know him, but points out that doesn’t worry him.
