Raymond opened the scoring after just 53 seconds to play and Michigan never looked back.

Kirill Kaprizov had two goals and an assist, rookie goaltender Jesper Wallstedt recorded his first NHL shutout, and the Minnesota Wild beat the Chicago Blackhawks 4-0.
Wallstedt, who allowed seven goals on 34 shots in his NHL debut against the Dallas Stars on Jan. 10, stopped 24 pucks in his first return to the Wild net. The Blackhawks were shut out for the 13th time this season, a Pitman League record.
The win allowed the Wild to maintain little hope of making the playoffs. The team has 83 points with five games remaining, but the Vegas Golden Knights and Nashville Predators, who find themselves in the last two playoff spots in the Western Conference, have 92 points.
Al-Bariyya scored three goals in the second half. Kaprizov started the offensive push by moving the needle on the power play to reach the 40-goal plateau for the third straight season.
Marco Rossi beat Blackhawks goalie Arvid Soderblom and Frederic Gaudreau added a goal about six minutes later. Kaprizov completed the score in the final third.
Wallstedt, a first-round pick by the Wild in 2021, was very easy in the net. The most dangerous shot came from Alex Vlasic's stick in the second half.
Soderblom finished the game with 33 saves.
Andersen stands against another opponent
Frederik Andersen made 23 saves and the Carolina Hurricanes beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-0.
It was the third shutout in seven games for Andersen, who returned to winning ways after suffering his first loss in eight games since returning to action last month.
Andrei Svechnikov, Sebastian Aho and Teuvo Teravainen pulled the strings for the Hurricanes, who won for the fourth time in their last five games.
The Hurricanes were able to celebrate with their fans during their final home game of the season. The team has already made sure it has home-ice advantage in the first round of the playoffs.
Malcolm Subban made his first appearance of the season and stopped 32 shots against the Blue Jackets, who were shutout for the fifth time this season.
