One crazy theory is a quick comeback: the supposed relationship between Rose Hanbury and Prince William, who will take advantage of Kate Middleton's recuperation. So much so that the young woman had to officially deny the existence of an affair with the son of King Charles III through her lawyer.

Speculation about an affair between the future King of England and the Marchioness of Cholmondeley first emerged in April 2019, after rumors spread in the tabloids following an alleged falling out between Rose and Kate Middleton. The lawyers said the accusations were “completely false.”

Rose Hanbury, 40, a former model, is married to David Roxavage, 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley, and has three children aged between eight and 15. The Marchioness's family has a long history with the British royal family, and her son, Lord Oliver, was one of four pages of honor at King Charles' coronation.
Aside from these family stories, William and Kate were once neighbors of Rose and David. Kensington Palace never responded to these rumours.
