In order to raise awareness among the general public about the importance of colorectal cancer screening, the city of Chatel is organizing a Blue March on Sunday, March 10. The event is organized in partnership with the Cancer League and its health partners, as well as with local sports associations, fence runners and Biclo Children.
This will be the only blue walk organized this year in the department, and the organizers want to make it a large-scale event because only 34% of the target audience completes the examination, far from the goal set by the health authorities of 65%.
