At the Capitol Theatre, director and artistic director Normand Brathwaite will be in residence with the rest of the ensemble, from November 27 to December 8, for 10 performances.

This production, combining music and Louisiana cuisine (served a la carte) by Chef Paul Toussaint, will previously be performed at Studio-Cabaret of Espace St-Denis, in Montreal, from June 1 to 5.any Next September.
To create this show that celebrates evenings on Bourbon Street, in New Orleans' French Quarter, Brathwaite surrounded himself with Joel Ferron in musical design and Jean-François Boudet in musical direction.
The on-stage band includes Fayol Jean Jr., Frank Julian, Leslie “Snooki” Alston, Elizabeth Blouin-Brathwaite, and Don Cumberbatch, as well as an orchestra of seven musicians to create a carnival atmosphere by utilizing jazz, bluegrass, funk and gospel music.
