“I still can’t believe what’s happening to me now, but I’m so grateful,” said Olivia Delos Reyes, who won the Lotto 6/49 grand prix in the August 28 draw on Thursday.
Ms. Delos Reyes played the same group for 16 years at Lotto 6/49. While out with her friends on raffle night, she found out that she had become a millionaire by consulting the Loto-Québec app where she bought her ticket.
After realizing that she had won the jackpot, she offered to drive home with her friend who was sharing the car with her. In the car, Olivia told her that she had gotten her hands on the jackpot and that it would be shared among the members of the group she was playing the lottery with. You are already planning a trip together with joy.”
In addition to showing generosity towards her family and her lottery collection, Montrealer also intends to think of herself by buying a house and a car.
