Martin St. Louis uses advanced statistics to manage his training

Advanced statistics haven't always been an important area in Montreal.

Fortunately, with the arrival of Jeff Gorton and Christopher Boucher, in particular, this aspect of the game has become even more important, to the point where the team ranks well among others in the Bettman arena.

During morning training or the day before a match, this performance is very useful because obviously we don't want the athletes to be too tired before their next match.

But St. Louis is not an old-school coach and advanced statistics are part of his daily life. He makes good use of that and in the end, that's what matters. Technology is there to help, not to hurt.
