Hours after pleading not guilty to 37 counts in the White House records case, former President Donald Trump delivered a speech from his private golf club in New Jersey, doubling down on attacks on his opponents.

“Today we witnessed the most diabolical and outrageous abuse of power in the history of our country,” he told a crowd of about 100 people.
He also accused his successor, Democrat Joe Biden, of “corruption” and of going after his “main political opponent”. “It is electoral interference,” the Republican candidate for president in 2024 called it.
“I did everything the right way and they are [le département américain de la Justice] Accuse me,” he said sorry, denouncing the “two-tiered” justice system.
As usual, the former US president held back the attacks on the media.
“What they did to my family was terrible,” he said.
“Total coffee aficionado. Travel buff. Music ninja. Bacon nerd. Beeraholic.”
