A festive celebration of the 10th anniversary of Espace Vall’Ages

The opening of Espace Vall’ages in 2013 responded to the need to create connections by offering activities and services. On Saturday 10 June, the celebration of ten years was festive but also highlighted the profession.

Between makeup, balloon sculpting, wooden toys, somersaults on the bouncy castle, and selfies, the kids had ample options to keep themselves entertained. As for the parents, they had the opportunity to obtain information from the many representatives of organizations or associations that offer their services in Joinville. For example, the less well-known “Pos’Ado”, a house for teenagers that has set itself the task of welcoming, listening, informing and guiding young people between the ages of 11 and 20.

Another example is the rural families in Haute-Marne who, in their broad program of work, put digital technology within the reach of parents. What France Services Counselor also offers by calling hotlines in Thonnance-lès-Joinville (on Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.), in Souzanicourt (the next day takes place on Tuesday, June 13, at 3 p.m., in the building Old school).

In addition to services, Espace Vall’ages allows residents to take part in recreational activities and volunteers to organize them. These are also widely represented, highlighting the great diversity of their work. In addition to young people aged 12-16 with the support of ADPJ who set up a crepe and pancake stand to fund their next visit (two days) in Paris.

The atmosphere was also romantic with a clarinet band concert at 6.30pm, then pop rock with the group Remember the Roses, from 8pm to 9.30pm, during a barbecue. And amuse yourself with the outdoor screening of “Les Tuche 4”.
