World Health Day with Agen-Nérac Hospital Center: Becoming an actor in your health through therapeutic patient education

Basic
Through therapeutic patient education, the teams of Aji Nerak Hospital Center will participate in World Health Day (Editor's note, which took place on Sunday, April 7) to present their ETPs on Thursday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 10 a.m. Four o'clock in the afternoon in the hall of the San Esprit site.

Therapeutic Patient Education (TPE)

The educational approach places a prominent place on the patient as an actor in his or her health. Therapeutic education for patients is a continuous process of learning and psychosocial support that allows them to enhance their independence and contributes to improving their quality of life. The ETP is aimed at anyone with a chronic illness.
