UK to open first factory in 2024

Located near Rushden, on a RenEco-owned site that already produces biomethane and electricity from waste treatment, the plant will benefit from Nordsol’s liquefaction technology know-how. Expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2024, the plant will produce 3,400 tonnes of bioLNG per year. It is enough to cover a distance equivalent to 13 million kilometers for a heavy goods vehicle.
