It also explores self-representation in the practice of portraiture. Using old photographs from the museum, Sébastien Loubatié asked students to isolate characters and bring them back on stage in their everyday environment to create comic, poetic, or fantasy scenes, bringing these faceless characters to life. The college’s fifth grade students benefited from an art workshop led by the photographer Thierry Ardoin By Tendance flow. This photographer is currently interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and is suggesting that students create images using this tool. The students took the Stable Diffusion platform and tried to create works that matched their expectations using “claims” (a word that defines a written arrangement intended for AI). The exhibition also makes it possible to highlight projects proposed by the museum’s mediators during the school year, in the classes of the Jean Lorcat School and at CP in partnership with artist Foley Avahunko from the School of Media.
