What does logistics real estate in France represent and what is the situation by region?
In France, we are approaching 90 million square meters of logistics space. In terms of tension, Hauts-de-France is the only region where things are doing well with a comfortable vacancy rate of 8.2%. Normandy or Center Val de Loire has about 6% vacancies, with significant variations within regions. The other areas are below the critical threshold of 5%.
