“CH has no identity”

The Montreal Canadiens entered a new era under the leadership of Kent Hughes. This change of watchmen rhymes with a new culture and a new identity.

Joel Bouchard, former technical director of Laval Rocket, believes that the organization is currently trying to create its own color.

“Housing tribes don’t have an identity and that’s fine. It’s not passive, you have to be realistic. It is an organization in Recon that has many new players. The mandate will be to create one eventually,” the hockey man explained first.

“At the moment, I am not able to put my finger on the gameplay that will bring success to the Canadians,” Bouchard always said.

Evaluation continues

At the dawn of the seventh and final duel of the CH’s preparatory duel against the Senators in Ottawa, it appears that many positions are still being taken within the chessboard of Martin St. Louis.

The latest overall pick for the National Hockey League (NHL), Juraj Slafkovsky has one last chance to showcase his strengths to the Montreal team before the end of training camp.

“I want to see Juraj Slavkovsky angry. I want him to understand that this is his last chance. He should play as if his place is ready to catch and not guaranteed,” explained Maxime Lapierre.

“I want him to play a playoff,” former circuit agitator Bateman added.
