Boxing: Makhmudov’s weight record before his fight against Wallisch

Both Arslanbek Makhmudov and opponent Michael Wallis were in excellent shape at their weigh-in Thursday, ahead of Friday’s 10-round bout at Center Gervais Auto in Shawinigan.

Makhmudov tipped the scales at 265.4 pounds, the highest of his career. The 33-year-old rising star in the heavyweight division shows a pure record of 15-0 (14 KOs)

As for Wallish, 37, he posted a record of 23-5 (16 K.-O.)

In the secondary main fight, Stephen Butler (31-3-1, 26 KOs) and his opponent Joshua Conley (17-4-1, 11 KOs) showed an identical weigh-in of 159.6 pounds before facing the NABF middleweight division.

In this event presented by Eye of the Tiger Management, Mary Spencer (7-0, 5 KOs) will face Vimke Hermans (13-4, 5 KOs).

At Featherweight, Thomas Chaput (7-0-0, 7 KOs) will face Jonathan Carrillo Paranda (4-2-0, 0 KOs).
