Approximately 50 billion dinars for VRDs

Talk continues about the AADL site of Hosh El Rih on the Moftah Heights in Blida Province. On Sunday, this site, which includes 6,500 housing units, received a visit from four ministers: Housing, Post, Communications, Hydraulics and Energy.

At the site, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning Tarek Belaribi revealed the enormous financial cost of VRD and the stabilization of the site, which is located in a mountainous area. Tarek Belarbi explained to the audience: “We came to inquire about the progress of work and the problems that may arise in this urban center, whose work is nearing completion.” The media.

The four ministers on site noted the progress made in the external development of AADL’s future Hosh Al-Rih City. The Minister of Housing revealed that “nearly 50 billion dinars were spent on VRD, retaining walls, and stability systems,” explaining that the concern was “to stabilize the site correctly,” and this is what “we achieved.”

This means that each housing unit costs more than 7.6 million dinars in terms of area and retaining walls alone, which is an enormous amount. To this cost, we must add the cost of housing construction work.

Regarding the progress of work at the construction site, the Minister of Housing said that everything is about to be completed. He added, “The Housh al-Rih site includes 15 public facilities, including the post office.”

According to the minister, the Hosh Al-Rih site will include primary schools, CEM, secondary schools, a dispensary, a police station, ATMs, fiber optics, etc.

“With regard to sanitation, there is no problem.
