2- Appointment of Framoy Mara, former Director General of State Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Guineans residing abroad, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Spain.
3- Appointment of Aminata Coboli, former Ambassador to the Republic of Senegal, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Italian Republic and to the United Nations and other international organizations in Rome.
4- Appointment of Loncini Conde, former Chargé d’Affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea in Canada in Ottawa, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Swiss Confederation and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
5- Appointment of Sekou Sharifki Camara, former representative of the Belgian Logmentame Group in the Middle East, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Arab Emirates.
