Nine years later, a wanted British woman has been arrested in Spain.
Sarah Panitske, 47, who was identified by British police as a fugitive, was arrested on Sunday while walking with her dogs in the northeastern village of Santa Barbara.SpainThe Civil Guard described in a press release.
Sarah Bonitsky has been wanted since 2013 for money laundering. She and other fraudsters bought mobile phones abroad and resold them to the UK without paying value added tax (VAT).

“According to British investigators, SP is the person responsible for laundering the company’s profits through several companies owned by Spain, Andorra and Dubai,” said the Spanish Civil Guard.
“At one point the system was able to sell more mobile phones than all law shops in the UK,” he added.
Sarah Bonitsky went missing in May 2013 and was later sentenced to eight years in prison.
