Nothing can shake the love the British have for their royal family. Even the rumors and controversies surrounding the surgery of the Princess of Wales did not tarnish her reputation, on the contrary! Ever since Kate announced her cancer via an Instagram video, William's wife has never been more famous.
A recent Ipsos survey (a French polling agency) highlights the most famous personalities of the British royal family. Almost one in five Britons (just 60%) have a positive opinion of the Kate-William couple – and particularly the princess – Charles III and Camilla.
The majority of respondents had a positive opinion of Princess' diagnosis announcement video. The latter will discover that the pair are maintained “A balance between transparency and protection of the private sphere“.
“Kate has been very interesting in recent days. This is not surprising as he is the most famous royal family member in the country“, explains Kieran Betley, director of politics at Ipsos.”She is particularly popular among older Britons, as is her husband Prince William.
If the future heirs to the throne are at the top of the list, Harry and Meghan find themselves far behind: only 20% of the British public give them a favorable assessment.
