Last week’s UK game sales haven’t been released yet, but we have a preview and Zelda still tops the charts.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has held the top spot for two weeks in a row, and that reign continues for a third week. Despite a 50% drop in sales from week 2, it’s still enough for Tears of the Kingdom to take the top spot overall. This allowed Thirst of the Kingdom to become the best-selling boxing game of the year at Hogwarts Legacy after 3 weeks.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom isn’t the only Zelda adventure UK fans are excited about, as the game continues to outsell its predecessor. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild climbed to #7 on the Weekly Games Rankings, marking its first place in the top 10 since Tears of the Kingdom’s launch.
Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is its third box at No.1 in the UK, despite a 50% week-on-week sales drop. The game is already 3 weeks away from Hogwarts Legacy, the biggest box office game of the year.
