Thermo King has launched its new BlueBox Lite Telematics device designed to improve the connection of the pulley drive units.
with Bluebox LiteCustomers now have a more cost-effective way to obtain not only temperature and location data, but also critical information from the ECU, such as set points, alarms, or operating hours.
there BlueBox Lite has 4G connectivity allowing customers to easily access data via the Thermo King TracKing™ or TK Reefer web portal or integrate it with a third party platform or backend system.
Other key features of the Thermo King BlueBox Lite include: Near-real-time data access with a five-minute recording interval for improved response times. It enables a ‘plug and play’ solution to reduce installation time, without the need for a separate data logger to obtain temperature data. Unlike other IT solutions with temperature sensors, BlueBox Lite is easy to install and connects directly to the cooling unit control unit.
If the EN12830-compliant solution is combined with the optional TouchLog data logger. Bi-directional control allows the set point to be changed to allow remote control of the load temperature.
