The body was found Monday about 12 miles from where Elisa “Lisa” Fletcher was forced into an SUV, according to CNN.

The 34-year-old nursery teacher was running around 4 a.m. Friday when a man chased her before forcing her into a black SUV.

Soon her husband reported her missing, then someone found her damaged mobile phone on the street. Police found a surveillance video of the area showing a black GMC Terrain passing by, according to an affidavit obtained by CNN.

A man was then seen getting out of the SUV and running “hard” toward her before forcing her into the passenger seat of the car, according to clips from an affidavit seen by CNN.

The document also states that the SUV remained in the parking lot for about four minutes before leaving.

A suspect was arrested on Sunday and charged with aggravated kidnapping and tampering with evidence.

CNN reported that Cleotha Upston served time in prison for aggravated kidnapping more than 20 years ago.

Elisa Fletcher was the granddaughter of Joseph Urgell III, a billionaire who works in the field of building materials.
