This Tuesday, March 28, the third Municipal Council of the year was held, and the accounts for 2022 and the budget for this year were revealed.
➤ Management Account for 2022, Master Budget: Approved with €187,062.62 in revenue and €145,606.01 in investment department expenses, i.e. €41,456.61 in surplus. In the operating division 463,057.76 euros in revenue and 329,252.94 euros in expenses, ie 133,804.82 euros in surplus.
➤ Management Account for 2022, Sanitation Budget: Approved with €29,443.01 in revenue and €21,350.70 in expenditure for the investment department, i.e. €8,092.31 in surplus. In the operating section, there were 57,166.26 euros in income and 41,056.10 euros in expenses, ie a surplus of 16,110.16 euros.

The tax rates for 2023 are renewed at the same time.
Subsidy 2023: 220 € for ADMR; 305 euros for the festival committee. 600 euros for circus dreams. 100 Euros for the Recreation and Meeting Club. For the school allowance, it is 480 euros (48 children x 10 euros). A subsidy is set aside to finance the school trip with the 11 Sandrans children multiplied by 116 euros or 1,276 euros. For the swimming project, it is awarded to the Schools Shark for €400. The day nursery has not submitted an application but a grant can be voted on at any time if necessary.
➤ 2023 budget and approval of the master budget and sanitation budget. This year there will be investments without resorting to borrowing.
➤ Modify Job Board: This relates to ATSEM positions.
A play area will be set up behind the town hall. To secure it, the road from the cemetery to the town hall will be closed. The entrance will be to the right of the town hall towards the table tennis table.
A Prior Declaration of Employment (DP) will be submitted. Elected officials choose solid fencing that is covered with vegetation. Two companies were chosen: Innov’création at €4,879.69 and Sign’nature at €5,320. The company will be selected upon receiving the RFP.
