How do you feel after 3 weeks in the unlikely chalet?
Jackson: I feel great! I couldn’t wait to go home and see my family and settle down. The unlikely chalet was really good, I managed to get a big a summary on my adventure. The three weeks were extraordinary as we cemented our friendships, Anna, Yale, Claudelly, and Alexandra; We realized that we are all good friends and we had a lot of them cheerful the band.
Looking back, did you regret choosing to go to Kathleen?
Jackson: I do not regret my choice. At this point, this is what I have Feeling He told me to do. Kathleen caught my attention right away and I really wanted to get to know her. Jackson: In fact, I was dating someone before I came to Double Occupation, but I haven’t yet had a chance to see her again. I don’t know when that will happen. If there is continuity with it, it will be. On the other hand, I know she wasn’t expecting me. I didn’t tell him that after my visit to OD, we would resume work; If I go to OD and find love better, but it wasn’t for me, so it just stays with her.
You’ve mentioned in the past that you don’t necessarily come to OD to find love; You didn’t get off the show as a couple, and one of them was waiting for you when you came out. Why did you want to do OD originally?
Jackson: Basically, I did OD to go on a personal mission. I was at a point in my life where I felt like things needed to move a little. I was getting out of a long relationship and it was very difficult to live with. If it wasn’t for OD, I think I would have gone on a 4 month trip! I had to change my mind, and move on to another call. When OD introduced me himself, I told myself it was the perfect opportunity to discover a new world and dive into the unknown. I was there and I said to myself that if I found love, all the better, but basically, I wanted to do a double-occupation to work on myself.
If you had started your adventure in the first house, how do you think your adventure would change? Were you going to Kathleen’s anyway?
Jackson: I’ve wanted to meet the guys from House 1 before, because I realized that we are very compatible. As for Kathleen, I think I could have known what to expect sooner. I think I would have stayed towards her and that we would probably have the same trip, but we would have decided to separate a little earlier in the adventure.
The beginning of your adventure was very emotional. Who will you miss the most among men?
Jackson: To spend a lot of time with Yelle, I can say today that he is like my brother. I also had a great relationship with Patrice. We can talk together for hours. Besides, all the players in the adventure have become very good friends and I can’t wait to see them again in real life.
How was three weeks in the house of the excluded? Were there any connections between you and one of the girls?
Jackson: No. We were just friends. We would fiddle and laugh a lot, but we talked about it and agreed that it was best to keep our relationship that way. We didn’t want him to be inappropriate. We wanted to maintain a nice atmosphere, we all love each other as friends which is a good thing collectively like that.
There seems to be a very nice communication and understanding between you and Clodelle. Why don’t you see more possibilities for love with her?
Jackson: Love is so special – it’s a feeling that’s hard to explain. When I’m in love I know it by Feeling… I have butterflies in my stomach and with Clodelle, I haven’t experienced that. I didn’t feel anything crush Its that good. We have a really nice friendly bond and cooperate very well to keep our relationship that way.
You’ve mentioned several times that your connection with Kathleen was more physical. Are you planning to see her again when you leave?
Jackson: I didn’t really think about that. Of course we’ll meet again with the excluded to listen to shows and go out to bars, but I know that won’t work between us, so I’d rather not put my energy on it. I prefer focusing on my love life and developing a connection with someone I see real potential with at the moment. So if we meet again, they will be friends.
Which one do you think will not make it to the final in Punta Cana and why?
Jackson: It’s really hard to say, but from my point of view I think it would be Amelie and Luca. Emily Luca is criticized for a lot of things, and they often have unnecessary clashes, so this could compromise their place in the final.
Are you proud of the photo of yourself you shared with Quebec during the adventure?
Jackson: Yes! Throughout the adventure, I discovered things about myself and stayed true to myself. I don’t regret my trip and I receive a lot of positive comments, so I am very happy with it!
