LPGA Tour – International Crown Semifinals Thailand, Sweden, USA and Australia

In the semi-finals, Group B winners Thailand will challenge the United States, while Group A top seed Sweden will take on Australia. The International Crown is a biennial tournament on the LPGA Tour, the North American women’s circuit, featuring four players from each of eight countries. Group matches are played in fourball format where two teams of two players face each other. Whoever takes the least number of shots gets the point for the team. The semi-finals and finals are played in a match play format with two matches, i.e. a meeting between two players and whoever hits the fewest strokes on a hole wins the point, and a four-player match with two teams of two players each.
