The United States hosted two major CSIs this weekend. First, the CSI-W count for the North American World Cup round. It took place in Okala, Florida and crowned Bertram Allen, who in recent weeks was crowned in excellent form across the Atlantic, winning another Grand Prix victory over ten other roadblocks with his gray Harley vd Bisschop (Dulf van des Bisschop, Bwp). Stronger than the other. With the exception of second place by Daniel Goyle and Legacy (Sibentale Z), Ireland gained almost the entire house as Connor Swile finished at the foot of the stage with the franchise Vital Sans * de la Roque (Diamond of Semily). This is nothing less than the current European champion pair Andre Theme and DSP Zachariah (Chapter 47, OS), who are in third place to enter the middle of all these Irish.
Still in Florida, but this time at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, the Irish anthem was played at the CSIO4 * Nations Cup, thanks to performances by Andrew Bourne, Sean O’Connor, Eoin McMahon and Max Watchman. The latter is a particular under his saddle … Berlux Z (Berlin, Holst), Simon Telestrew’s former Olympic mount. Eleven-year-old Zelding was instrumental in Emerald Island’s victory because he was the only team to line up two perfect subjects on both legs of the event. Canada and the United States finished second and third, respectively.
