Important Deployment for CGI Federals in the United States | Information Direction

CGI announces the use of cloud-based contract drafting solution momentum^M.D. The new acquisition of the CGI federal acquisition for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA, Veterans Affairs) is expected to standardize the draft contract throughout the organization.

This is the third step in VA’s Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) program for National Cemetery Administration, and a major milestone in modernizing their organizational structures. Finance and Purchasing Functions are now integrated into the iFAMS Financial and Purchase Management System.

“CGI Federal is pleased to be participating in the FMBT program with VA contract drafting experts to develop a consistent draft approach to the Veterans Organization,” CGI Federal Senior Vice President Alyssa Pearfield said in a statement. “As the experience progressed, the team was able to gather insights that could work to improve the momentum solution.^M.D. Acquisitions to better equip purchasing professionals to provide services to our veterans. ⁇

This announcement is the result of a joint venture between VA FMBT Project Office, Information Technology Office, Acquisitions, Logistics and Construction Office (OALC) Computer Coordinator for the FMBT Project.
