Alasak. The city council hosts the France services space. A new space for the French services has been created in the Town Hall. Three agents have been trained for this purpose in order to support citizens during administrative procedures with the Family Allowance Fund, Health Insurance, Pension Insurance, Pôle Emploi, Mutualité sociale agricole, the Directorate General of Public Finance, the National Agency for Safe Documents, and the Ministries of Interior and Justice.
France Services also aims to provide assistance with internet access, pre-application of passport and ID card, creation of a gray card, driver’s licence, social housing application, retirement file, job search and access to a justice conciliator or lawyer.
