Cowboys Fringants singer diagnosed with prostate cancer

Cowboys Fringants singer Carl Tremblay announced on social media that he has had prostate cancer since January 2020.

“I came to announce it to you, to the public, to the fans, because I’ve started chemotherapy and in the next few weeks, I’m going to lose my hair and my beard,” he said.

Despite his treatment, Carl Tremblay shared his intention to continue performing with the group, if his health and his voice allowed it.

“I would probably have less hair on stage, but the heart and desire to make you spend great evenings with my abandoned fellow cowboys and buddies will always be there,” he confirms.

The show schedule may undergo changes over the next few months, depending on the treatments.
