After winning this year’s Gagarin Cup in KHL with Omsk Avangard, Bob Hartley continues to impress.

For Hartley, success continues to follow, as he continues to win at all levels.
With his recent victory in KHL, rumors of a possible return to the NHL have resurfaced. With David Quinn sacked in New York with the Rangers, Bob Hartley has been chosen from among the strong candidates for the position.
However, Hartley has said on several occasions that he is considering retiring soon.
This still leads me to say that if the Ontario coach is ready to make a comeback in the National Hockey League, the Montreal Canadiens owe themselves to a takeover. Bob Hartley never coached CH, but he was already in the race for the position, while Michelle Terrain finally got it.
Hartley is a good coach and clearly will provide excellent service to the Habs.
Let’s see if Bergevin takes a chance.
