Blue Origin, NASA’s New Lunar Target Service Provider – Edit

Disappointed in 2021 in favor of Elon Musk’s SpaceX, Jeff Bezos’ company finally won funding from the space agency on Friday, May 19 to provide a lander for the US moon landing mission.

Their wish was finally granted. Blue Origin has just been selected as the service provider for NASA to land a crew of astronauts in a few years, Announced Friday May 19, US Space Agency. The private company founded by billionaire Jeff Bezos is now officially responsible for providing a spacecraft called the “Lander,” which will shuttle between the lunar surface and the Orion spacecraft that ferried astronauts from Earth. Essentially, Blue Origin will be responsible for the “last mile” journey to our natural satellite.

It is the achievement of a long-term project for Bezos, which entered the ranks of the lunar conquest even before Donald Trump, then President of the United States, ordered the end of 2017 to return the Americans to the star.
