Ben Affleck rekindled his relationship with Jennifer Lopez via email

Ben Affleck has rekindled his relationship with Jennifer Lopez after he sent her just one email.

The ‘Argo’ actor and ‘On The Floor’ singer met on the group ‘Gigli’ in late 2001 and were engaged in November 2002, until their separation in early 2004.

However, they reconnected in April 2021, and a year later tied the knot in Las Vegas in July.

Thinking about how they might resume their relationship during an interview with Vogue in its December 2022 issue, JLo revealed that they started talking again after the American actor emailed her on his behalf. He said he praised her in a recent conversation.

“Obviously we were trying not to go out in public,” she recalled.

“But I’ve never been ashamed to say that, for me, there was true love between us, true love. My loved ones know he was a very special person in my life. When we reconnected, those feelings for me were still very real.”

And while she’s thrilled that her fairy tale with Ben Affleck has ended, the star admitted that she wouldn’t necessarily ‘recommend’ a return to her ex-boyfriend.

“Sometimes it evolves more than the other, or evolves differently. We got lost and found each other. Without questioning everything that happened between the two of them, because all of those things were real too. All we wanted was to get to a place of peace in our lives. The one who In it, you get the kind of love you feel when you’re so young and you wonder if you could ever get it again,” the 53-year-old added.

Jennifer Lopez was married four times, including to Marc Anthony, the father of her 14-year-old twins, between 2004 and 2014, while Ben Affleck was married to Jennifer Garner from 2005 until their divorce in 2018. The two daughters, Violet, 16, and Seraphina , 13, and their 10-year-old son Samuel.
