Montreal residents who use Uber for their trips don’t seem to have good pressure with drivers, according to a new Quebec rider ratings index.

This indicator, first published by the company on Tuesday, reveals that good marks are attributed to the cities of Sherbrooke and Trois-Rivières, which also rank first and second nationally.
In regional rankings, Montreal is fifth behind Gatineau and Quebec, but Quebec City can rest easy, given that in bad-mark scoring, it is overtaken nationally by Ottawa and Toronto.
Uber drivers rate customers on several aspects depending on the attitude of respect adopted, the fact of being prepared to board, and the reflexes of having their seatbelt fastened and not closing the vehicle door when disembarking.
According to Uber, “Travellers can see how many drivers have given them a 5-star rating, or… just 1 star!” Users can refer to it at any time via the app by accessing its confidentiality center.
